Neesha (Ayurveda Massage)

Neesha began her life of personal growth at the Ruzafa Showroom first edition with only 19 years old.
Her dedication to the knowledge of the Self has led her since then to study Yoga and Vedanta Advaita both from its theoretical part as, the most important, the real practice. Today, she’s a Valencia Consciente community member, dedicating her time to Karma Yoga and also Ayurveda Massage.
She has performed the Kriya Yoga 3 initiations (the 18 Siddhas Yoga) with Nityananda and she’s finishing the first level of Ratak Yoga.

Activities

• Friday 7th from 10:45h to 11h and Saturday 8th from 10:30h to 10:45h, in the Sala Barraca.
  “Ayurvedic massage presentation". Brief explanation of Ayurvedic massage that Neesha will perform throughout the Festival in the prepared space.
• Friday 7th and Saturday 8th from 11h am to 14h and 17h to 20:30h and Sunday 9, from 11h to 13pm.
  Ayurvedic massage with appointment. Massage on stretcher for 15 minutes. Interested should make an appointment to Neesha in 603878335, the days of the Festival.
