Nityananda teaches Babaji’s Kriya Yoga since 2004, and is one of the few people authorized by his teacher, Govindan Satchidananda, to give its three levels of initiation. Since then he has spread and taught Kriya Yoga throughout Spain, and in Argentina, Colombia and Venezuela, traveling six times to India.
Graduate in Information Sciences, he is the author of the books “Yogic teachings of Jesus”, “Recovering the Being”, “Enseñanzas de sri Aurobindo y la Madre”, and “Enseñanzas de la Madre”. He has traslated to Spanish the books “Kriya Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” and “The Voice of Babaji”, among others. He is responsible for the edition of the book “The Yoga of the Siddhas”, making the first translation into Spanish of texts of the tradition of the Siddhas of South India, from where Kriya Yoga springs. This is a Yoga not to transcend life, but to embrace and transform it.

Kriya Hatha Yoga Sadhana: Teaching the 18 postures of Kriya Hatha Yoga. The execution of these 18 fundamental asanas of Kriya Yoga emphasizes physical, emotional and mental relaxation and rejuvenation, and creates the basis for the practice of pranayama and meditation. We will learn these 18 postures and their therapeutic and subtle effects. - Sunday 9th, from 8 am to 8:55 am, in the Sala Barraca.
Introduction to Meditation: Teachings of Kriya Yoga to enhance your meditative practice and its benefits. We will learn three fundamental yogic meditations, very simple to practice but with very powerful effects.
