    Restaurative yoga: In life we live full speed, restorative hatha yoga helps you to calm down, turn inwards & looks for quietness within. It is a way to balance and prevent stress.
    I use this type of yoga in my therapy with my clients that suffer from depression, anxiety, burn-out…
    It is all about relaxing the mind & the body. Opening the body through gentle passive stretching & holding the poses for a longer period of time.

    Dru yoga
    : = silence in movement.
    A gentle, soft practice guided by flowing graceful series of movements. It is about flowing on & adapting to the movements of life. By using affirmations and the series of movements we release the energyblockages in our bodies so that the energy can flow again.
